Closing Update

Hi everyone,
As this will be our last update for this campaign, we wanted to say thank you for your support for The Gardens.
Truthfully, we learned a lot during this campaign and some of it was unfortunately at the expense of our backers seeing retail editions arrive early in Australia, as well as extreme delays from our container partners who ran into unexpected delays on the waters. We apologize for these mistakes and delays, and in turn, we have implemented new systems to assure that retail containers are not scheduled until after our backers receive their games.
While we are close to 100% fulfillment, we are still working with our Australian backers and partners to assure that all copies are delivered efficiently, please allow 1-2 weeks for final delivery.
Though this campaign is closing, we are always around to assist with problems, please reach us through our support center powered by the Matagot and Kolossal team who is ready to answer any ticket that they receive! https://www.grailgames.games/contact (If the game is not available in the drop-down list, I'll work to get that fixed, but for now just choose The Gardens) and it will still be sent to the correct department.

Fulfillment is Complete!

Hello everyone!
As we receive word from all of our fulfillment partners that fulfillment is 100% complete for all individual backers. We do have a couple of retail stores that supported the campaign waiting on missing items and are moving things from other warehouses now for them.
We just wanted to take this moment to say thank you again for your patience and support. We hope everyone is enjoying The Gardens, and as always while we close this campaign we are always available to help through our ticket system found here:

Third Thursday Update [September]

Hi everyone,
Some excellent news, almost all of our centers have now fulfilled the game and we're at 78% complete.
US/South America- All games mailed out last week. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
EU- All games mailed out last week. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
UK- Games are on their way to Zatu for fulfillment. They should begin mailing out before the end of September.
Asia/RoW- Complete
AUS/NZ- Unfortunately due to continued delays with our freight agents transporting the games to our AUS partners, they still are en route to the fulfillment center. It's a harsh reminder for us that we aren't quite out of the woods yet in terms of the shipping crisis but please know with as much sincerity as you'll allow that we apologize for the longer-than-expected delays on our Australian backers getting their games.
The container is just outside the port and should be in the warehouse very very soon. All the details have been uploaded to VR Distribution so we can begin fulfillment as soon as the games are there and they're ready.
Also, I received word from the US center that for my U.S. backers who added The Manhattan Project items that these have been shipped separately so you will actually receive two packages instead of one.

Third Thursday Update [August]

Hi everyone,
We have a small update on shipping and fulfillment we'd like to share with you all. We do want to apologize again for our retail mishap in Australia, we can confirm these copies are just retail, and will not be the awesome Kickstarter ones that you all will be receiving, but that still doesn't make it ok, and we are working internally to make sure this doesn't happen again. Ok, let's get to it.
U.S. - The games have arrived at the warehouse and are in a shipping queue. We expect them to take 2-3 weeks to begin fulfillment which puts deliveries at starting in September. We apologize that this is a bit behind our last update estimate, but this seems to be a busy season for fulfillment at the warehouse.
CAN - The games have arrived at the Ilo307 warehouse and are in a shipping queue. We expect the games to begin shipping in early September.
EU - Fulfillment is underway with almost all copies having shipped out from our facility. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your game to arrive. If you experience any issues with your delivery please submit a ticket here.
UK - Kickstarter copies were sent to Zatu from our warehouse in France and should be arriving by the end of August. From there Zatu will begin shipping copies to our Kickstarter backers.
AUS/NZ - The container is on the water and en route to the port in South Australia. We expect them to arrive in mid-late September and begin fulfilling in either late September or early October.

Hi everyone!
All games are on the water!
Asia/Row - All games have been shipped if you have any issues please submit a ticket with us via our partners at Matagot Games - https://support.matagot-friends.com/open.php and we'll be glad to assist you.
U.S. - We expect them to arrive at the port at the end of July, fulfillment is expected to begin in August.
EU - We expect our EU container to arrive at the port at the end of July, fulfillment is also expected to begin in August.
UK - the games will ship from the EU in August and are expected to arrive by the end of August and either fulfill in late August or early September through Zatu.
AUS/NZ - Unfortunately getting the games on the water took longer than expected however we do have confirmation that they going out on the water tomorrow and will update you all once they have arrived at the port!
That's it for right now, but if any of these begin delivering earlier than we anticipate we'll update everyone to let you know!
